For what it’s worth, younger consumers haven’t confined their trust solely to brands they’ve discovered on their phones. The list of 25 most trusted brands for zoomers still includes stalwarts like Dove (No. 6), Ben & Jerry’s (No. 11), and Vaseline (No. 16.) Why might that be?
“Those are brands that have had decades to build their product, trust and their overall reputations,” Cartwright said. When brands build themselves into legends, everyone notices, no matter how old they are.
