Apple Invites makes asking people to do things easier than ever. This new tool, which uses AI to streamline the process, is available as an iPhone app and accessible to anyone, even without an Apple device.

Leveraging Apple Intelligence, invitations can be easily created with AI assistance. Users can prompt the system to generate invitation text and use its image-generation capabilities to create accompanying photos.

Apple users who want innovative calendar and event features have been disappointed. The Calendar app and iCloud sharing are present, but the overall experience has not significantly improved in years.

When organising an event, the host can generate a digital invitation. This invitation can be customized with many details, such as the event’s purpose, date, time, and even the specific location, including the full address. Once the invitation is crafted, it can be distributed electronically to the intended recipients and their guests.

Upon receiving the invitation, guests can access all the provided information, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the event. Furthermore, they can respond to the invitation, indicating whether they plan to attend, through a feature typically known as an RSVP.

Users need an Apple iCloud+ subscription with any paid storage tier to create invitations. Importantly, recipients are not limited by device; anyone can view and respond to invitations, even those without Apple products, simply by using the web.

Apple Invites is readily available for users through two convenient avenues. For those using Apple devices like iPhones and iPads, the Apple Invites application can be downloaded directly, allowing for a dedicated app experience on their devices. Alternatively, Apple Invites can also be accessed through a web browser on any device with internet access, including those without Apple products.

This web-based access ensures that anyone can utilise Apple Invites’ features regardless of their operating system or device. Both the App Store download and the web access are currently available, allowing users to begin using Apple Invites immediately.
