Leading the way in luxury wellness innovation, InterContinental Singapore is the first IHG property to introduce NuCalm’s full Sleep Performance Suite, including the renowned DeepSleep program.

NuCalm is a patented neuroacoustic technology designed to promote restorative sleep. The program uses proprietary software to gently synchronise brain wave activity, helping users fall asleep more easily, achieve deeper rest, and wake feeling genuinely refreshed.

With sleep deprivation increasingly common among travelers—driven by stress, jet lag, and irregular schedules—DeepSleep presents a timely and effective solution for business and leisure guests. The technology is now available in-room via integrated sound bars, transforming each guestroom into a personalised sleep sanctuary.

Guests can activate the DeepSleep experience through the NuCalm mobile app or the in-room interface, allowing the program to run seamlessly in the background throughout the night.
