TM Forum’s Innovate Americas summit will return to Gilley’s Dallas on September 10 – 11, 2025, uniting senior leaders from across the telecom and technology ecosystem to turn AI ambition into real-world results.
Following a highly successful debut in 2024, the two-day summit will focus on practical strategies that deliver measurable impact for communications service providers (CSPs) and the wider telco ecosystem across North, Central and Latin America.
The agenda is anchored to TM Forum’s three Industry Missions – Composable IT and Ecosystems, Autonomous Networks, and AI and Data Innovation – offering a unique blend of visionary keynotes, outcome-driven panels and hands-on sessions.
At Innovate Americas, delegates will gain insights directly from pioneering CSPs and technology partners, exploring the latest architectures, standards and innovations shaping the industry’s growth. The program offers a unique opportunity to move beyond theory, with roundtables, crowdsourced demos and deep-dive project sessions designed to address the region’s most pressing challenges head-on.
Attendees will hear from a line-up of leading CSPs and technology partners, including exclusive CSP host partner Verizon, AT&T, Dish Network, Liberty Latin America, Optimum, TELUS, Telecom Argentina and T-Mobile USA. These engagements open the door to collaboration, knowledge-sharing and partnerships that have the potential to transform strategies and accelerate impact across the Americas. Insights partner McKinsey will also deliver a Decode session, focusing on data-driven analysis and expert perspectives that will help delegates unpack the latest industry trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of telecom.
New for 2025, Innovate Americas introduces a series of high-impact formats designed to drive action and measurable results. The ‘AI in LATAM Roundtable’ will bring together regional leaders – including executives from iOPEX, Movistar Perú / Integratel Perú and Orchest – to explore how scalable AI ecosystems can be built and sustained across diverse markets while ‘Real Results Lightning Talks’ will spotlight proven deployments and commercial outcomes instead of proofs of concept.
George Glass, the CTO of TM Forum, said: “The Americas telecom industry is moving fast – from siloed systems and pilots to AI-native networks and composable IT at scale. Innovate Americas is the one place where leaders can align on the architectures, standards, solutions and partnerships that turn ambition into outcomes. Over two days, we’ll focus on practical solutions and real-world use that cut costs, accelerate time-to-market, and unlock new revenue streams. If you want to be part of the transformation, join us in Dallas and help shape the future of connectivity in the Americas.”
