Following the recent bankruptcy filing by F21 OpCo, Forever 21 has announced Going-Out-of-Business sales across its US stores and online. The liquidation process is being managed by Hilco Consumer-Retail in association with Gordon Brothers and SB360.

These challenges, changing shopping habits, and declining mall traffic led to Forever 21’s financial struggles. As part of its bankruptcy proceedings, the retailer has launched Going-Out-of-Business sales, offering steep discounts on all inventory at its US stores and online platforms. This marks the end of an era for a brand once a cornerstone of affordable fashion.
